- Our space is designed for kids 12 & under. For the safety of our bouncers, kids over the age of 12 and under 36" are not permitted on the inflatables.
Are parents/adults allowed to jump?
- Adults may help assist small children but are not permitted to full out bounce. Safety is always a priority, and mixing kids with bouncing adults is not safe for anyone. Weight limits are posting on each inflatable and are strictly adhered to.
- We do not allow walk-ins. Tickets must be pre-purchased online.
Are the toys and inflatables cleaned often?
- Maintaining a safe and healthy environment for your kids is our top priority. In order to eliminate up to 99.9 percent of most common germs, we sanitize all inflatable surfaces daily. We also spray the entire yard with a kid friendly germ killing solution once a week.
What should I wear?
- Comfortable clothing is best. No watches, belt buckles, jewelry or any other sharp objects are allowed. And don't forget your socks!
Is there anything for my small child to do at The Jump Yard?
- Yes! You won't have a bunch of parents walking around with their small children on their hips at a Jump Yard party. We have a special infant and toddler area designed for small children. This soft play area is tailored to develop imagination as well as provide fun activities that improve motor and social skills.
- Due to Ohio law, any child under 36" is prohibited from playing on any inflatable structure. We have designated an area strictly for toddlers!
Are socks required for everyone even if I am not going to participate in jumping?
- Yes. In order to ensure cleanliness and safety, any guest walking in the play and jumping areas must wear socks. If a guest does not have socks with them, they are available for purchase in our concession area.

- Yes! In order to ensure cleanliness and safety, any guest walking in play and jumping areas is required to wear socks. If a guest does not have socks with them, they are available for purchase in our concession area.
Is outside food allowed?
- No. We have a concession stand available with snack options. The only exception to this is that you are allowed to bring in a cake and/or ice cream cups with a RESERVED birthday party. You are allowed to bring food for our VIP Parties.
Can I order food in advance for a large group?
- Yes. Any food item from our Concession menu can be ordered in advance. We would simply need prepayment and 24 hour notice.
Can I leave for lunch/dinner and come back?
- We do not allow re-admittance. Additionally, we do not allow outside food to be brought in.

How many guests can I invite?
- Party pricing is based on the number of kids who are participating in the party as bouncers or Jr Play wristbands. (anyone between 1 and 10 years old. Parents do not count, however, you can not exceed room capacity. Our private rooms are designed to hold up to 16 people in the green room, 50 people in the blue room and 40 people in the VIP Room. If you exceed room capacity, you will automatically be charged an additional $150.
Can I bring in my own decorations, plates, napkins etc?
- We provide all of the plates, napkins, cups and utensils you will need however, you can bring in custom birthday items if you wish. They must be limited to plates, napkins, cups, tablecloths and one decorative balloon or centerpiece. No wall decor, streamers or confetti is permitted. You have 10 minutes before the party to set up, and all decorations must be removed and room must be vacated as soon as the party ends.

- You are permitted to bring a cake and/or ice cream cups with a RESERVED birthday party only.
What does the Jump Yard Party Host do?
- Our Jump Yard party hosts will set up your room, cut, plate and serve all pizza, cake and beverages. They will lead singing happy to the birthday to the guest of honor and can help assist with opening of gifts if you want them too. The party host will also make sure your party stays on schedule!
When will I be charged?
- You will be charged a $150 deposit at the time of booking. You will not be required to pay the remainder of your balance until the day of your party. If a party is cancelled within 48 hours of booking, the deposit is refundable. Any party cancelled after 48 hours of booking date will forfeit their deposit.
When should I arrive to my party?
- Everyone, including family members, should arrive at the start time of the party. Please do not arrive any earlier because other parties will be in session. We do allow the party host in 10 minutes early for a quick set up.
