What is a Golden Ticket? 

• a Golden Ticket is good for 1 bouncer wristband for any Open Bounce at the Jump Yard

Do They Expire? 

• Golden Tickets have expiration dates on them. They expire one year from purchase.

Can I use multiple tickets on the same day? 

• Yes. You can use up to 4 Golden Tickets at a time

​Will I receive a physical ticket? 

• Yes. We will mail it via US Postal Service. Expect it to arrive anywhere from 5-10 days. If you do not receive it within 10 days email [email protected] with your order number. All tickets are numbered and tracked. 
  
  

Can I buy them at the Jump Yard?

• Yes. They are for sale at the front desk. 
  
  

Can I use It the same day as I buy it? 

• No. Sorry. Since you must pre-register for Open Bounce slots the tickets are not valid the day you purchase it.
