Is there an age limit for my child to play and jump?

• Our space is designed for kids 12 & under. For the safety of our bouncers, kids over the age of 12 and under 36" are not permitted on the inflatables. 

Are parents/adults allowed to jump?

• Adults are NOT PERMITTED on the inflatables. (except during pre-K bounce slots) Safety is always a priority, and mixing kids with bouncing adults is not safe for anyone. Weight limits are posting on each inflatable and are strictly adhered to. 
  
  

Can we walk in and play any time?

• We do not allow walk-ins. Tickets must be pre-purchased online. ALL guests must have wristbands. If you do not have a wristband on you will be asked to leave. (this policy is new as of 8/28/2025 click here for details)

Can I invite people to buy Open Bounce tickets to celebrate my child's birthday?

• We do not allow walk-in birthday parties. You must book a birthday party room in order to bring in any kid of celebration stuff including cake, decorations and gifts. 

What should I wear?

• Comfortable clothing is best. No watches, belt buckles, jewelry or any other sharp objects are allowed. And don't forget your socks!

Is there anything for my small child to do at The Jump Yard?

• Yes.  We have a special area designed for children 4 and under. It's filled toys and a Little Tykes climbing structure. 

Can my small child jump on everything as long as I give permission?

• Due to Ohio law, any child under 36" is prohibited from playing on any inflatable structure. We have designated an area strictly for toddlers.

Are socks required for everyone even if I am not going to participate in jumping?

• No. Non-Bouncers can wear shoes as long as they are clean and dry. BOUNCERS are required to have socks on at all times. NO BARE FEET permitted at any time. Any socks will do. We do not require you to purchase special bounce socks.

Is the facility cleaned often?

• Maintaining a safe and healthy environment for your kids is our top priority. We have an amazing cleaning team that works hard to clean and sanitize the Jump Yard every night. 

Is outside food allowed?

• No. We have a concession stand available with snack options. Our concessions stand has affordable prices and a variety of stuff for only $1. The only exception to this is that you are allowed to bring in a cake and/or ice cream cups with a RESERVED birthday party. You are allowed to bring food for our VIP Parties. 

Can I order food in advance for a large group?

• Yes. Any food item from our Concession menu can be ordered in advance. We would simply need prepayment and 24 hour notice. 

​Can I leave for lunch/dinner and come back?

• We do not allow re-admittance. Additionally, we do not allow outside food to be brought in.

Does The Jump Yard have party rooms?

• Yes. We have party rooms you can reserve in advance. Click here to visit our Birthday Party page on our website. We also offer PRIVATE parties if you prefer to have the whole place to yourself. Click here for private party details. 

How many guests can I invite?

• We have all different packages for you to choose from based on the number of people you are planning on inviting. Our birthday party packages are from 8 kids - 20 kids. If you are inviting more than 20 kids (BOUNCERS) we highly recommend checking out our private rentals. 

​What if I plan on having fewer than 8 kids?

• Our green room package is for UP TO 8 kids so it works great for small parties with as few as 4 kids. 

Can I bring in my own decorations, plates, napkins etc?

• We provide all of the plates, napkins, cups and utensils you will need however, you can bring in custom birthday items if you wish. They must be limited to plates, napkins, cups, tablecloths and a few decorative balloons or centerpiece. No wall decor, streamers or confetti is permitted. You have 10 minutes before the party to set up, and all decorations must be removed and room must be vacated as soon as the party ends. If you damage the room or leave confetti all over you will be charged an additional $150 in damages.

Can I bring cake or ice cream to my party?

• You are permitted to bring a cake and/or ice cream cups with a RESERVED birthday party only. You are also permitted to bring in water bottles.

When should I arrive to my party?

• Everyone, including family members, should arrive at the start time of the party.  Please do not arrive any earlier because other parties will be in session. We do allow the party host in 10 minutes early for a quick set up. 

Can we stay after the party ends?

• We close the facility completely in between parties so you will need to leave promptly at the end of your party. You will need to remove all personal items and exit the party room at the conclusion of the party. Failure to leave in a timely fashion will result in additional charges. 

What does the Jump Yard Party Host do?

• Our Jump Yard party hosts will set up your room, cut, plate and serve all pizza, cake and beverages. They will lead singing happy to the birthday to the guest of honor and can help assist with opening of gifts if you want them too. The party host will also make sure your party stays on schedule!

When will I be charged?

• You will be charged a $150 deposit at the time of booking. You will not be required to pay the remainder of your balance until the day of your party. If a party is cancelled within 48 hours of booking, the deposit is refundable. Any party cancelled after 48 hours of booking date will forfeit their deposit.
