Open Play!Open jump time is offered various times throughout the weekend for kids 12 & under. Every Tuesday, we post the available open bounce slots for the week on our home page. We DO NOT allow walk-ins. All tickets must be purchased online in advance.

Important Open Play Information
- We are designed for elementary school kids 12 & under . For safety, teenagers and adults are not permitted on the inflatables unless they are assisting a small child.
- Parents must sign this online waiver before wristbands are issued. Please fill it online before you come in. It saves so much time at check out. You only need to fill it out once every 3 years. Click here to sign our online waiver.
- It's very important to us to maintain a limited amount of kids in the yard at a time so everyone has fun and stays safe. In order to prevent people from being turned away at the door due to overcrowding all tickets must be purchased online in advance. We do not allow walk-ins.
- MAX 4 open play tickets per person. We do not allow walk-in parties of more than 4 kids.
- Open bounce tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
- We are located in Eastlake, Ohio - the North Royalton location is permanently closed.
- We do not allow outside food or beverages to be brought in except where noted in our birthday party packages.
- We reserve the right to limit tickets purchased.
Open Bounce Admission
**the safety of our bouncers, kids over 12 and adults (except when assisting young kids) are not allowed on inflatables.
- Bouncer Wristbands - $15 (a "Bouncer" is any child 36"+ and 12 & under)
- Jr. Play Wristbands - $5 (a jr. play wristband is any child over 1 year of age and less than 36" - They are welcome to play on our interactive mat or in our special JumpYard Jr. area. For safety, they are not permitted on the inflatables.)
- Babies and parents are FREE.
- Teenagers are welcome to come sit with their parents or play the claw machines, but for the safety of our younger kids they are not allowed on the inflatables. We are designed for elementary school kids 12 & under.

Every Friday is GLOW FRIDAY!Every Friday we turn out the overhead lights and turn on the Glow Lights! Glow Friday is best suited for older kids (5+) since it is significantly darker than our regular open bounces.

ConcessionsWe offer a full concession stand with a variety of options from the kid favorites like hot dogs, pizza and nachos to healthy options like fruit cups and crackers. Our prices are wallet-friendly!

Parent Pit
Adults can join in on the fun or sit back and relax in our parent pit while enjoying free Wi-Fi or have a snack. The parent's area is designed to give you a view of the inflatable area so you can relax while your child jumps and plays!
Cleanliness
Maintaining a safe and healthy environment for your kids is our top priority. In order to eliminate up to 99.9 percent of most common germs, we sanitize all inflatable surfaces daily. We also spray the entire yard with a kid friendly sanitizer once a week.
